You didn’t notice that launch day Soul Calibur and Powerstone? Unreal Tournament was so good…Quake 3 was fun as well…until the pc players started hacking. Doa2 was shallow, but fuckin’ beautiful. Vf3…well, ok, that shit was just plain dull, but I picked up VF5 today, and plan on forcing myself to like it to get ready for next summer. Mvc1, Moero! Justice Gakuen (beautiful full-color manual…THICK, too), Mvc2 (before I found out how it was supposed to be played, with tiers and all) Minight Club racing (looked absolutely REAL on a pc monitor) cvs 1 (still got my day 1 import copy in the closet)…there were just too many good games. I don’t even know how you guys managed to wait those long months until the DC fighting games got american releases (and shitty new cover art). I had to have them bitches day 1.
Cyberbots is coming out on PSN this week via Japanese Import section. Get. Fucking. Hype.

Soul Calibur? Yes. I, in fact, still have my launch day copy. =D Powerstone was too weird for me in the beginning, but I did like Powerstone 2 and all of its quirkiness. It’s funny, I remember a Kalisto disc I downloaded that had 3S, Mvc2, and Cvs2 all rolled into one disc. I labeled it “MvCvS3S2” :lol:
Did the missing frames screw this version as badly as other psx capcom fighters (aside from SFAlpha series)?
I never replaced the batteries, but it still had my save for SF3 New Generation. I haven’t even turned on my Dreamcast since at least 2003-2004.

CVS1 still looks damn good on Dreamcast, SF3 looks okay, music is fire though.

Got em, picked up the last pair at my Bestbuy on Friday. I haven’t used the voice chat on it yet, but the sound is great. They are really light too. I was playing Borderlands to test it out. Played it for 5 hours straight and they didn’t bother me one bit. Setup was easier than any other peripheral that PS3 has, about as equal as the dual shock, just plug and play. No need to go in XMB to set it up.
I almost blew my fucking eardrums out though, because I was messing with it before I used it, and must have slid the volume control up high. I have it well below 50% now and it is plenty loud.
Fuuuuuuuck. All these people fapping over Disgaea 4 make me want it too.
But I got my dark souls soon, then I’ll have my precious, precious uncharted. I want shadows of the damned still, but they took so long that I need a $20 price point.
Shit, weren’t there more games I wanted? Is all I’m getting until the end of the year Dark and Uncharted?

I never could get into the RE series.
I didn’t play PSO V2, but played the shit out of PSO. There was 5 of us at work that played it every morning we got off of work, and every day on our days off. 2 of us me included were hardcore about playing it, getting that loot. Since it was only 4 players, we always fucked this dude out of playing. They called him Mcnasty because he smelled funky, like he bathed once a month.
I convinced my then step father to hook it up with a Hunter’s License for v2. Unfortunately, I only played v2 for maybe 6-7 months before I moved on. I think I got burned out from PSO. I’m looking forward to the new PSO 2, though. =D
What happened to my on PSO was I had a Dreamcast 4 slot memory card. I had each slot with a different type of character.
1 slot was legit, everything I had was found by me or given to me in game.
3 Gameshark hacked guys, where I just did the XP trick to make level 100 because I didn’t have time to take 4 guys that far for VHARD.
I was fooling with one of the hacked guys getting him equipment and stuff, then my friend was ready to play, so I switched to my legit guy.

I forgot to reset my Dreamcast to take the code off and they took all my shit from my character.
I was level 87 and was going to stop at 100 anyway, but I couldn’t play anymore after that, didn’t have the heart. The only thing they didn’t take was, what was equipped.
That was it for me, I was sick for a week.:mad:
As much as I would like to get Cyberbots, I would’ve preferred if we got the original arcade ver., seeing how Neo Geo games are up on PSN. Plus they could at least do a double title release ala Final Fight with GGPO implementation, etc.
Call me biased but IMO, CPS2 had better visual presentation than the Neo Geo =P
so while i would love to say that i thoroughly enjoy my ps3 wireless headphones, it has the exact problem i felt it was, and that was going to be a garbled signal with the slightest of interference. cept it happens alot. while its not a deal breaker, it happens ALOT.
if you are wondering what i’m talking about, imagine an atari sound effect of a jump or something and thats what you get at least every 5 minutes, but usually alot more frequent. at first i thought it was just some game effect, but shit man… listening to songs, watching movies… it sucks. but when it is working great, it is pretty great. and it feels great too.
but that goddamn garbled beep. fuck that. i’m sticking through it because of need, but if that wasn’t there, this would be a perfect buy.
I haven’t had that problem yet, hope I never do. I was sitting normal distance from my PS3, about 8 feet or so and didn’t have anything else going on to interfere with it.
I used it for playing a game in 7.1 mostly, but did play a blu-ray to watch it switch to stereo.
You got a cordless phone or something, what is interfering with it?

I just tested it for about an hour. I had a problem twice, both times I was moving. I heard a beep when I went into the kitchen, I figure it was pairing/checking. The other one I was over 20 feet away in my room and I heard the voice distort. I listened to music.
I noticed at least 2 times on the screen the headphones popped up, don’t know why because I wasn’t far at all. Both times it didn’t make a sound though.
