Installed Windows 8. Then upgraded to 8.1. Setup 2 Dual Touch Screen. Here are some pics of my setup, two screen takes up too much space but i like it. I can probably hook up my Plasma for a 3rd screen but i think two should be enough.
I’ve recently been using M+KB more often instead of controllers. 360 controllers are great but M+KB solves many problems I’ve had with controllers for years, like how it takes a little to adjust camera and stuff. It’s difficult getting used to moving with buttons instead of a full analog stick, but mouse extremely precise and it’s hard to get used to using analog sticks again. It’s actually not as bad for 3D games like Arkham Origins and whatever as I originally thought. Only problem is that M+KB pretty much requires a large flat surface, making it hard for me to play on my couch with it. Wish those Orbweavers/Nostromos were wireless, that would solve at least the size problem.
AE 2012 has been patched by capcom to fully support any controller so long as it’s plugged in before starting AE 2012. Streaming is largely capped by your internet upload speed, especially since SF4 doesn’t require high-end system specs.
After quickly going over the specs that desktop seems adequate to stream PC ae2012 while battling online. What’s your internet speeds like though?
Well before you start looking for a cheap PC, as you get what you pay for. That PC you selected isn’t going to cut it at all.
We need to see what are you system requirements.
A. Lets list your requirements.
Take a look at SF4 PC requirements and what it takes to run that game at max specs. As if you are streaming the game you need to make your videos something worth looking at.
You need to look into motion capture software and take account of it’s requirements. Also start researching decent capture software and if its compatible with what you have intended.
you need to pick a PC that can support both software to be running simultaneously without any lag or dropped frames and do this all at high resolution.

So this desktop you’ve picked out isn’t very good for streaming at all. I don’t personally stream so sorry that I originally gave you a false a-ok. Also the graphics card in this desktop is absolutely atrocious, if you try and play any game besides SFIV you won’t be a happy camper.
Dual monitors setups are great. At least they are for my work, anyway. Though I’ve had my share of hiccups and bumps along the way of getting mine set up. I’ll probably get another 22" AOC monitor (I picked this IPS model up a few weeks ago: http://www.bestbuy.com/site/aoc-21-5-ips-led-hd-monitor-black/8163044.p?id=1218864514315&skuId=8163044) to replace the 23" monitor I have beside it (the 23" will go to my son’s build, and I’ll keep the 2 22" models). The bump ended up being with my video card (Sapphire 7870 XT), which has only 1 DVI port, but 2 mini DisplayPorts and a HDMI port. The monitors only had DVI or VGA. So, after futzing with BIOS settings and trying to run one monitor off the mobo and the other off the card (which didn’t work) I remembered I had a VGA to DisplayPort adapter I bought for my wife’s MBP, which she never used. All was up and running in 3 minutes.
Ultimately what I will do is have the 2 22" monitors on a VESA mount, with DVI to DisplayPort cables from MonoPrice (2 cables with shipping are cheaper than one converter) going to the 7870XT. Even if I decide to upgrade the card (which I may have to, as finding another of those cards to run in Crossfire may be difficult to do) the cables should work. I’ve got a HDMI cable run between the computer and the plasma in case I rather run on a bigger screen (but lower resolution) rather than an Eyefinity setup
Finally changed motherboard and decided to leave LGA 1366 behind. I’m tired of worrying about finding shit for a rare and inconvenient socket.
Hopefully this new motherboard won’t wonk out on me as quickly as the last one did I seem to be going through these like snacks.
had a great new years present last night… somehow ended up in a hacked server in COD:G and they somehow ranked/prestiged me to lvl 60 and upon reboot the computer wouldnt output a video signal past the windows (7) loading screen…yay…
after troubleshooting that it wasn’t a hardware issue I said screw it and went and bought Win 8 (which I already love from my lappy)… now she runs even faster (got that new OS smell) and the games run even better than before. Since I have been wanting to do it anyway it gave me an excuse.
I went from XP to 7 to 8 I like 8 something under the hood is definitely working better than 7. I wish I could just get my old start menu back but other than that it’s perfect.
I keep getting offered 8.1 for free and I’ve been hearing it does that on its own. Not bothered to the point I’d want to deal with a new program but I’m open minded.
