The Official Offseason 2016-17 NBA Thread: Waiting for Preseason

Also, Ian Clark has been great for them. His per 36 is like 17 ppg on 50% from the floor and 40% from 3p. Better than what Barbosa was doing for them.

I do miss Speights sigh

Livingston and Iguodala have statistical declines in almost every category for this season, it would be more situational just leaving in the 2 starters that are playing more efficient as you guys have said.

David West isn’t going to give you anything at 36 years old, Varejao hasn’t been the same since injuries, and Ian Clark has only averaged 8 minutes his entire career. PER 36 is often skewed because of player fatigue and competition when evaluating players of lesser role. They’re violently inaccurate and shouldn’t be used in any argument because as minutes and role increase, what normally happens is production and efficiency decrease.

Also, I agree the Warriors cannot bench Klay. Their offense feeds off spacing the floor and pass distribution, and they get that with Klay Thompson more than any other player on their bench.

I agree. Tarik Black got injured last night so he’s out too. Zubac was called back from the D-League so we can see more of him.

Sounds like Morey is getting back at the agent over the earlier offer and the agent going off on Twitter about it. They need to realize that he isn’t going to get a better offer than what the Nets offered especially after the back injury and the whole Pistons trade being rejected.

Knicks now are better than the bulls in standings “yey”

this loss should motivate and help Wiggins to diversify his offense more, Kawhi rocked him on both ends …

Most contracts signed this summer will be eligible for trade starting on Dec 15th. It’s about to get fun.

Deng should be traded. The guy has been lackluster and Randle/Nance are better at playing the 4.

Thibodeau is pretty much the only guy who wants him.

So apparently klay scored 60 points the other night while only taking 11 dribbles

Deng got his money, he doesn’t give a damn now. His retirement is set.

I had hoped that the Wolves would have more wins at this point in the season.

Damn son. Making me almost tear up.

They’re not ready yet man. The defense comes and goes. I think another solid big would help some, but they gotta defend better.

While the Hornets have good wings, Pistons are exposing that interior D.

Melo is shit

damn, didn’t know the guy had issues. I do remember when the vid came online, first thing that came to my mind was “lol that’s me 10 years from now”. Happy for him, maybe one day I’ll go down to Seattle and visit his court

Losing to the Hawks? Lowest of the low for the Heat. 5 guys injured… smh. Definitely 2008 all over again.

Every loss is a win to me, because Spoelstra keeps exposing himself.

Clippers getting spanked lol
