The Rockets are silly, James Harden could of gotten a triple double by the end of the first half
Heat had a segment where Rodney McGruder got his ring that he won from last year’s D-League championship. I was shocked because the ring looks exactly like an NBA championship ring.
Between this and more and more teams getting a D-League affiliate, I can see why so many are pushing for more exposure and a rebranding for the league.
Honestly I expected this game against Portland to be close going in. Harden MVB.
This next stretch of games will tell us all we need to know about the Lakers. Here’s what I’ve noticed the last couple of games:
Ingram has been playing a lot of point forward for the second unit. Look familiar? A guy named Livingston on Warriors does too, this was a brilliant coaching decision by Walton. He can shoot over smaller defenders and beat taller ones off the dribble whenever he wants.
Deng looks like a corpse in this system. Again, he’s the best defender on the team and should always be guarding the opponents best perimeter player. This is why Wiggins lit up Nick Young for 47 points (and ref assist blows)
Randle is figuring it out. You off topic’d me for saying he was unguardable if he discovered his jump shot. Last game he got a triple double, this guy is on his way.
