The NBA commissioner, Adam Silver, is handling business much better than Rodger.
The punishment for violating the anti-drug policy that prohibits the use of marijuana falls under the current CBA.
Domestic violence isn’t part of the CBA so the punishment is determined by Goodell himself.
The current agreement expires in eight years (I think). The league and NFLPA would have to work things out if they want to make changes to the current anti-drug policy and add domestic violence to the current CBA.
