Honestly as good/bad as that was, I think this season would have sorted it out eventually. There’s enough terribad teams that SOMEONE woulda fucked up enough to overthrow it. They should have at least let it rock for the full year. But alas, end of an era. RIP butt fumble, you will be missed.
Of course everyone in this thread agrees that Flacco sucks, and yet you remember me. For you, the day I posted that Flacco sucks was the most important day of your time on SRK, for me it was Tuesday.
agreed
they should have kept it on till something could legitimately beat it
it was probably gonna be someone on the jets again
the spiritual successor
that game and the one against the titans has to be in the top 10 worse games in nfl history
So if everybody jumped off a cliff your gonna tag along huh? That has got be the worst Tuesday reference I have ever seen.
At the end of the day, the man won a SB and got paid. The fact that you and your “buddies” keep raging on about that is salt to my crackers. I can always toss around that Joe won a SB and nobody can’t ever take that away.
Coming from somebody who didn’t predict not a single game in last years playoffs? That’s quite the NFL knowledge you have there, oh the irony. (I wasn’t the only one to identify this fraud)
Alright since he doesn’t have his “number 2” WR then we’ll see if he can pull things off out his ass as QB. Because elite QBs are able to handle it right?. So right now at least according Suggs “they’ll go 15-1” Yes Brown “looked good” but the game was already over.
I’m not even gonna respond to this kid anymore. Everyone else in this thread at least attempts to discuss actual football topics, he adds nothing useful to this thread. Waste of time.
I think it’s still a bit too early to be calling this stuff. Everyone should just relax, it was just one game lol. Flacco will be fine, what makes a good QB is his supporting cast and even I admit that it’s not as strong as last years. But, I’m still excited by what I saw out there.
I’m probably 10x his age, been on the forums waaaaay longer, and I wasn’t even looking to start shit with him. I can cheer for the ravens all I like, there’s nothing in rules stating that I need to discuss football with anybody especially with a mindless simpleton who ‘thinks’ he knows the game. I’m still baffled that he treats me like I’m some of these SF4 scrubs running around here, I was posting in football threads with Zig (a TRUE seahawks fan!), Adam, and the entire OG gang before he was even thought of.
IDK how ESPN has Cam Newton scoring the most fantasy points against Seattle this week. The Seahawks have a top 5 defense IMO. Panthers have a good O-line but 3rd stringers at the skill positions.
If a Qb runs for 60 and td
And throws for 220 and a td.
That’s 27 poins.
A normal immobile qb like Stafford would have to throw over 360 and 3tds to equal that. You’re not throwing for 360 and 3tds vs Seattle.
Unless that immobile pocket QB’s name is Peyton F’n Manning.
Rodgers and Brees are actually very mobile, but you could put them in there too. Peyton is probably going to be the top scoring QB this year, but the running QBs will be competitive enough because of those rushing yards. Cam, Kaep, Luck, RG3, Wilson should all be decent enough performers that if the rest of your team is fine, Peyton won’t be that much of an advantage.
Peyton’s probably going to break the TD record. The schedule is easy as usual and all he needs to do is average 3 TDs a game the rest of the way out. That’s right, just 3 TD/game. Does anybody really think Peyton won’t do that?
