Maybe, I think he is still in position to plead down and not do any jail time but the longer it goes on more unlikely that is the case. If they find whoever did the killing and/or disposed of the body before Hernandez turns snitch, Hernandez is probably screwed.

I guess the new thread is up, its time to update the first post for fantasy again. Let’s get a really solid league this year guys. Last year was stacked in league 1 but league 2 definitely had people quit two thirds into the season. I lost the list of names I had if those who quit but please believe if your name looks familiar to be on that list I’m not letting you ruin the league again this year.
Anyways I think we can get away with one solid league, I can put up a prize again.
Or we can do two leagues again if we have enough willing participants. Maybe we’ll keep it to 10 man leagues instead of 12.

But let’s look at the justice system and the police and how that shit is probably going to work out. Hernandez is going to get arrested and charged, then cut a deal where he fingers his buddies for everything. That way, he only gets probation while his friends get 20 or so.
Then he’ll go back to playing, maybe get suspended for 8 games (maxiumum) or something, but then he’ll rack up TDs and nobody will give a shit. We saw it with Ray Lewis. We saw it with Ben Roethlisberger.
