The Pats were the favorites to win the superbowl, but with the Pats eliminated by the Jets it’s anybody’s superbowl now.

The Steelers should plow Mark Sanchez into the ground. I like the Steelers defense to hold GB down if anyone, while cheesing out some points through turnovers. Chicago may keep GB busy, but I don’t see Cutlet putting up enough points against GB.

If the Jets win the superbowl that means they beat these quarterbacks consecutively: Peyton, Brady, Big Ben, and Rodgers (I’m predicting Green Bay beats Da Bears) Those are probably 4 of the top 5 QB’s in the league, with Brees or Vick rounding out the 5.
I’m still a Giants fan but I root for the Jets if they’re not playing us, and fuck Boston, so yeah, today was fun as hell.

Jets defense doesn’t fuck around. In fact, Packers, Steelers, Jets, and Bears defenses are all complete monsters.

I’ve been saying for awhile the Packers have the best defense. That pass rush makes my head spin.
After watching the Jets defense today, their coverage is insane. If you could combine the two I don’t think opposing offenses could gain a yard.
When the Jets played the Packers earlier in the season the defenses pretty much ruled the day. I don’t remember whether it was at Lambeau or Giants Stadium though. I’m sure we’ll see more offense in the rematch if it happens. I’ve said for awhile I think these two are the best teams, but both have had their downs this year. They don’t give out SB trophies in December however, and in the end I believe these two will collide with each other. Should be epic. The one thing I’ll say though, in terms of confidence, I actually think the Packers don’t think they’re on the Jets level from reading some of the comments they were making afterwards. I know that sounds odd, I wonder if that will play a factor or if it will stay the same. If they have that doubt in the back of their minds, Rex Ryan will have them beat even before the game.
Although we defeated the Jets at NY, and it was a shutout, they held Rodgers in check too. If it’s GB vs. NYJ in the Super Bowl, I have to think that each team’s defenses will be about even, with the offenses being the X factors. If that’s the case, I like Rodgers over Sanchez.
