Cubs haven’t won a world series in 106 years aka 1908 was their last one.
Also a 20th anniversary would be 1/5th of 100 not 1/4th.
And as for who’d win a chip first? I’d say that the Bulls have a better albeit small chance to win first. Think back to the reason why the heat lost this year. They were depending on Lebron far too much. Even in the playoffs against the weaker East teams. Lebron couldn’t trust his teammates to do their job so he had to do it himself. Even against the Nets Lebrons touches went up as the series went on. 59 in game 1, 66 in game 2, 70 in game 3 and 105 in game 4. That didn’t work against the Spurs.
So now the team that depended on Lebron for so much is gone. Who is left? Wade with his suspect knees? Bosh who hasn’t played like a max contract player for the last 4 years and more like a role player. Who will now have to learn a new role as he’ll need to make up for Lebron and Wade.
Most of the Bulls core are getting old, so whether or not they’ll be able to make something happen before they have to rebuild will be something that time will tell.
