Someone should make a list of the top 20 or so ÜBER strong/chool chars. The ones that I think should go in there are Evil Ryu, Evil Ken, Thor, DragonClaw, and Killer Whale. I concur, though apparently for the opposite reason. I don’t consider the broken/“uber-strong” characters that cool really. I don’t see any real excuse for it, at least after a while.
That said, a list would be nice, but a way to fix those characters would be even better. I’m sure that someone must have tried it by now, since the novelty of Evil Ken having more than ten supers must wear off after a while.
On that note, I’ve been meaning to ask: What is with all the supers? Do you (generic) think that that is what makes the best characters, those with most abuseable or damaging supers? (I’m just asking about the people that aren’t egregiously broken, like that Elque guy or the Killer While.) It seems that a lot of the more broken people don’t need supers (since they’re so damned broken), but the people that turbovec considering “just” “uber-strong” have immensely damaging supers, especially per meter; Thor may be the only exception, since I’ve seen how much that Level 3 Warriors of Asgard super can do considering that the previous video had him ending the round with it.
“Infinity” EDIT: I also concur with Rhio2k on the grouping of fighters by artist. That is one of the most problematic things in terms of aetheistics, though thanking that’s not that important to the game overall; I am, however, also seeing some of the problems that Dasrik mentioned…I guess I’ll have to “make” my own that I have a computer that can do so.
EVE BATTLE aka Everything Vs. Everything screenpack
No talk about EVE Battle here? EVE Battle is a screenpack I made which features a 10,000 slot category select or a 804 character select…I’ve also made it so that you can change the category names for the game.

BTW for future reference- most creators don’t want their stuff hosted anywhere- because they don’t get any credit for it. Not that it will stop people from posting filefront and rapidshare links here- but its fine to send it via pm or by email like all the other mugen related forums do…
for instance Robo Rock which was posted here is still on the creator’s website
I don’t wanna make a big deal about it and I’ve seen the argument about stuff not being the creator’s because most creations are not totally original- but creators either leave or remove their works from their site for stuff like that . Warusaki3 or Mouser would be examples of this. Warusaki3 having made half of the cast from CVS2 and Mouser having converted many creations (including NGBC stuff) have both closed their sites.
So yeah either check through streetmugen or Mugen-Infantry since they both have databases with all the creations organized by game. If you can’t get the creation on the creator’s site then request it- because the one’s people send you are not always the most recent ones. And try to send them in private please
The whole thing about the plugin I included with EVE Battle called the DJ-VAN.dll. It was a modified version of a winamp dll that was posted at Mugen Dev a long long time ago. Because you can’t get it anywhere I included it with EVE Battle because its not the same IN_MP3 dll thats included with winamp.
