It’s not just shaky, but the dude holding it just can’t stfu. I have no idea what he is saying, but he just talks and talks and talks and talks. And when the rounds get close to the end, he gets so excited that the camera starts to shake even more so I can’t even tell what’s going on.
I wonder if he’s saying “Now Luffy back dashed, low punch, forward dash, soul spark, soul spark again, he jumped!! OMG HE ACTIVATED HIS ULTRA!!!”

He had him downloaded and just predicted alot of his movements and punished according.
Hard as hell to do that at high level play.

i just hate watching top rose players when i otherwise wouldnt have gotten the chance to do so. really pushes my buttons.
The guy doing the commentary is not the same guy holding the camera, he says in the beginning that he asked around looking for footage from that tournament and that was the best he could find. I think he’s from Quebec, so I’d guess wasn’t at the tournament in person.
His channel is actually pretty interesting, he finds match videos of all sorts and adds that annoying machinegun French commentary on top.
edit: nevermind what I said, he was actually there, and was actually recording it himself as he says in the first video 
French people sure like to hear themselves talking, It always surprises me how much they talk on their radio stations

He’s French and is moving from tournament to tournament just to comment cause he likes it.
He entered the SVB as a Thawk. So yeah, he was there.
It’s obvious he talks a lot since his job is to comment, duh.

It’s patently ridiculous to claim that anyone other than Luffy is the best Rose player in the world. As a fan and player, I enjoy watching Saqs, Art, ShinkuuR, etc as much as anyone but they don’t embody Rose the way Luffy does. These players would agree with me. You’re already the clown prince of the Rose forum – don’t push it too much further. 
So uh…keep loling I guess. What a rebel.
