Anyone know of anywhere that has Brotherhood Ep 1 streaming?
I’m very hyped for the next anime series, and I hear good things about the manga that I eventually have to purchase. I loved the first series and the movie; it impressed me despite my waning interest in anime.
First episode was solid. I always wondered what an Ice Alchemist would be able to do, and it didn’t disappoint.
Well, episode 1 of Brotherhood was pretty good and was action packed.

Yup, it looks like Issac is just a one-shot character after all. Bradley finished him off in one strike without even breaking a sweat. Issac didn’t seem to be too ambitious towards anything aside from settling his grudge against Bradley though. Seems like the Homunculus had a part in helping him, too.
The episode mainly does a simple introduction to almost all of the main cast - with “Edward is short” commentary aplenty and a fair share of Armstrong exhibiting his fine physique. :lol:
New voices sound fine in general, though Roy may take some time to get used to.
Looks like next week they’ll be starting right from the brother’s younger years.
First episode was just filler, then everything will be cannon. Still it was a good episode was some decent action and the animation was on point.
Hm not really interested in any of them except Guin Saga because I hear it inspired Berserk. Oh well, thanks anyways, maybe I’ll check that one out.
Read the manga, man. I’ve also had a receding interest in anime for a couple of years now but FMA is quality stuff, the stuff that keeps me checking back every now and then

Great first episode, extremely hype and excited to see how they take care of matters all over again, really happy to see some old faces once more, even when I know full well what’s going to happen to them, still I’m very, very excited.

This seems to be the direction the anime industry is heading, and I must say it suits me fine. I wonder if Shinsen will continue subbing in spite of this though…
Edit: This MAY just be for ep 1. We’ll have to wait and see.
Yeah, solid first episode. Looking forward to seeing more, everything looks great so far and if they stick to the manga = guaranteed win.

It’s weird hearing Roy Mustang’s new seiyuu. I can still sorta pick out Lockon Stratos when he speaks…

No confirmed date yet, aside from the official subs they’re releasing on the internet.
No, it’s a remake of the series to follow the manga plot. Exception is episode 1, as it introduces a one-shot anime only character.
