Yeah, I was trying to do an advancing guard, but pushblock kept coming out. Eric was like “dude, try holding down 6D” and I kept getting the pushblock. 
A thing I was noticing, although it could be me:
Whenever I was doing 2a and Eric did a homing cancel forward and my 2a clashed with the advancing guard, Saki automatically stood up when I did another 2a. I wonder if that’s a game glitch or if I’m just tripping?
Fuck.
Against the Kamui in the losers finals I kept trying to do 6D because he kept ending his strings with ANAL BEAD PUNCH, but it looks like the pushblock literally kept me where I was.

My guess on the clash rules (since it happens to me as well): you can’t do the same move out of a clash so it defaults to standing A

I picked the umm 4th? arcana from the left.
The water one I think. all I did was 6 + D
4th arcana from the left is wind assuming you had fiona’s shit unlocked
