This is me with my four year old niece Nikia. This is when I was in the hospital when my nephew and her little brother Aramis was born, a few months ago. LOL I’m being a bad uncle, but in my defense Nikia was pulling me ear, scratching me and putting me through lots of abuse like usual.

Funny. In real life I’ve been confused for Puerto Rican, Muslim, Arabic, Italian, and French. The last two really throw me sometimes. Never Black and hardly ever someone notices I’m Dominican, unless they are from my country because we can usually tell our own. Especially when we speak Spanish since it’s a certain way. We tend to leave out the ‘s’ sound a lot, so words like “Pistola” sound like “Pi’tola.” LOL even if I was black I’d be on the light skinned end. Ah, I missed by calling, maybe I should of been an international spy or something. :looney:

This year’s NYCC was my first con, and I’ve gotta say, I had a blast! Ended up dropping a LOT more cash than I should have, but who can resist? The panels were sweet (missed that Spirit panel though - grrr! :annoy:) - I was stoked about seeing the Hulk trailer in particular. The swag was awesome - found some cool Naruto stuff, and I even got “chosen” for my first ARG, when a guy randomly handed me a little sewing kit thing with a bunch of weird code on it that led to FraternityofWeavers.com, which appears to be a new ARG they’re starting for the movie version of WANTED, one of my favorite TPBs!! I’ve never gotten to get in “on the ground floor” of one of these games, so that was particularly cool for me.
My only complaint is that I need better shoes! …And maybe the courage to do the cosplay thing next time. 
I just got the comic sano. The cover is too sexy. I knew there was a reason why I didn’t call in today.
Going to Seattle Comic con May 10th. Anyone else going? Should be pretty cool it has its share of tv celebs and comic writer/artists.

Just got back from the Seattle comic con. I didn’t really pick up a whole lot of, but my brother got the Death of Cap autographed by Mike Choi and Brubaker that was cool tho.
I gotta bring a sketch book next year

Last but not least, all of the toys I got at the show fighting off! The Dan figure goes up against the NYCC Exclusive Metal Gear Stealth Raiden figure! The Naruto figure I got FOR FREE faces off against the veeeery small Iron Man figure I got on Free Comic Book Day, FOR FREE! I don’t know who’s going to be the winner when the dust clears, but I got five dollars on Dan!
