the manga is good. I read the manga before watching the anime.
claymore is one of my favourite series right now. It’s not perfect but it’s basically shonen jump’s answer to berserk.
The anime is flowing nicely…i guess cause its slated for 26 episodes but, im lovin how much of the manga it covers in each episode.

Oh, and Ophelia becomes an Awakened…who saw that one coming a mile off. 
Clare is gonna be pretty badass once she manages to master Flash Sword, that move is sick.
I agree with Stabby, the old-school Claymores make the new ones look like fucking pussies. Which actually makes a lot of sense, seeing as they’ve been fighting a lot longer as most of the old guard lived longer.

I recently read Extra Scene 1 which showed how Teresa became the No. 1 Calymore in her time, pretty badass chapter.
The manga will now be in Shonen Jump Weekly BTW starting from August.
BTW for the record; every 2 eps. of the anime covers ALMOST a Vol. of the manga.

Okay I just watch the first 8 episodes and I have never been so pissed at an anime before in my life. Fuck why did Teresa have to go out like that? I mean damn! She was so damn beastly. Just thinking about how she went out makes me want to throw my monitor.

Yeah I read the Teresa side story…it served a single purpose. To show absolutely, and without question, that Teresa fucks EVERYONE up. Seriously…yoma? Pfft. Claymores? No chance. Awakened? Bah. Abyssal Ones? Quite possibly. This woman was broken like ST Akuma.
Oh yeah, and 14 was fucking sick. Clare + Quick/Flash Sword + animated = golden.

One chapter, I think around 30 pages. Good read to see someone get punked out (namely, the person stupid enough to step to Teresa in this chapter).
Ya theresa is broke as fuck. But ya, the an9imation with the quickstrike was dope.Can’t wait till Galatea enters the anime(well plays a bigger role), she’s definitly my fav.
Not sure how far you’ve all gotten in the comic but I think miata and the other girl are about to throw down with galetea. They should be up to volume 14 I think.
