I guess your right. Norihiro made Angel Densetsu’s ending open-ended, but that manga wasn’t really going anywhere since it was a typical “fake highschool thug gets wonderful girl”-type of manga.
On a good note, there seems to be a new chapter in Freezing almost everyday! HOORAY!!!

From searches it seems like there will be a sequel / new name starting next month (Basically, Claymore Z). We’ll see though.
