That was amazing, best chapter in a good while. If for nothing else, simply because they let Raki actually show he knew what he’s doing instead having to assume Pris was doing all the work when they were tracking down Youma. None of the “lol you aren’t a Claymore/a girl” stigma that most male characters suffer from in the series.

I finished the Claymore anime a few months ago - wondering where I should start in the manga to pick it up.

The anime starts off on a good foot, but starts to split from canon, and by the ‘Battle of the North’ is just a whole different animal featuring the cast of Claymore - similar to how “Return of the 5 Deadly Venoms” had absolutly nothing to do with “The Five Deadly Venoms” but had the same actors in it.
I’ve seen that guy in the Pistons jersey from your avatar in another avatar before. I don’t recognize the guy as a celeb or anything? Have you ever posted on HHC?

Waiting a month is making me forget what happens now. Where’s Claire? What happened to the statue thing (with the two faces) they were going up agianst? Are any of the abysmals still alive?
Claire is in the mass of energy that also contains priscilla and if I remember correctly - that statue.
My guess is when the time comes it will split up with Claire inheriting the power from the statue to use against Prics…but its just a guess. Or Prisc will get nerfed to Seth levels…stil lan asshole, but just mid-teir at best.
