Does it do this to all other games? Seems like its a bluetooth problem. Do you have your phones bluetooth in the way? Is someone else using bluetooth near your ps4 i found that this would happen when i had my phones bluetooth playing music and i was a bit further from my ps4 than usual. If that doesnt work try reinstalling the game. If that doesnt work i have no idea
just black ops but it did it for advanced warfare as well.
I play other games and don’t have any issue that I can see.
It’s not the controller because that is brand new. Is there an bluetooth adapter in the ps4 I can reset?
Not too sure. Have you tried googling the problem? Im sire you cannot be the only one with this issue.
Seen some talk about stuff being in the way and also some talk about it being the tv as well. Notice it would be worse whenever I trade shots and there is a bunch of enemy muzzle flash on the screen.
Sounds like its an issue with the game more than anything i would recommend maybe reinstalling the game 
its a pain but i cant think of anything else. Could be a corrupted patch or something. I had this issue with the witcher 3, it would freeze when i played gwent or what ever the card game is called… And there was a forced tutorial lol so i was bitching until my buddy told me to stfu and just reinstall it. It works fine now 
Sucks that your inputs are shit, I bought a cinch controller a while back, and it seems like this is like what arcade sticks is for fighting games. It’s great.

Got the Garand from a common the other day…on another kinda horrifying note, i just hit lv. 200. Can’t wait to finish the challenges and never play again lol.

Looking at my most used weapons last night, and my 2nd most used weapon is the fucking HVK-30. How!?
2xp weekend here FYI. Most used is the Gorgon with a 1.75 KD using it. Thing is still fun to use. Still hoping for that crossbow.
Finally destroyed 5 Power Cores, I even saw two today but the first one got away from me:/ My most used weapon is the Kuda but ever since they nerfed it’s ADS time I feel like the AK is overall better, that might become my most used.
Long Barrel on ARs is nuts. LB on SMGS ONLY increases the 5SK ranges so it’s only worthwhile on about 3 of them.
