For the first time in CoD history, certain SMGs have the same ADS time as Assault Rifles. A few of them(Pharo, Weevil, Razorback) didn’t get hit as hard.
It’s a great weapon. As close as you can get to having the Rangers again.

SMG are meant to be for CQC. Meaning ADS were quick, no sprint penalty, range was relatively short, hip-fire was pretty good

AR are meant to be for (mostly) medium. Meaning ADS was average, slight sprint penalty, range was decent to great, hip-fire was average
I could speak on LMGs & Snipers, but you get the picture…maybe I’m just a lunatic ranting about something I know nothing about lol
I think the ADS change is fine, the Kuda is still a monster with crazy accuracy, fire rate and range. It still wins close range since it’s an SMG, but now it won’t dominate as hard at mid/long like it used to as much. Same goes for the Vesper and VMP, although I think the Vesper was hit way too hard. It definitely needed to be nerfed, but this is over the top.
The game feels pretty good right now and I’m enjoying it quite a bit, outside of the new maps which my opinions haven’t changed on, literally only Rise is good. Doubt I’ll buy anymore DLC if they keep making shit maps and hide weapons behind a RNG paywall though.
The large issue with the smgs is that they were basically ARs that wrecked at close range and mid range. I was using the VMP last night and just melting people are absurd ranges in 4-6 shots. Add flinch in and an AR has a decent chance of losing at mid range vs some of the better smgs. That being said the nerfs are not that bad. Basically they should now move the KN-44 into the smg category now… That 2-3 shot kill range -.-

Haven’t gotten the crossbow yet but stole it from a guy in a FFA lobby and absolutely wrecked with it.
It’s like a slug shotty without hit-scan or snipe-range, but you it’s semi-auto so you can mash it.
It’s like a funky shotgun basically.
Definitely one of those “only good if you’re good” types of weapons.
Don’t forget that you can dual wield it though. Gungho/Scavenger/Fast Hands/Overdrive with that thing is probably crazy.
The bitching wasn’t about the balance of the gun, but that it’s a gun in a supply drop when they said they wouldn’t be doing that shit. Though, they might have said they won’t be doing it for the time being. I’ll have to look that up.
I don’t hate supply drops in this game; compared to AW, they’re being used OK. I hate whoever/whatever inspired the idea though.

I thought it was common knowledge that Drift0r “steals” his info, all he does is takes Marvel4’s info and puts it into a nice and easy to understand format. He’s gotten better at giving credit to other youtubers who cover things before him like Tabor Hill.
I wish I got one of the new weapons, all I have are the shitty knuckles and wrench. I want that damn crossbow but I refuse to give Treyarch any money after that awful map pack.
