Boy why you lyin like that?
Idk i run with ppl who run sentries and those sentries would murder like all the things and die of old age. No emps in my face. I just remember getting flashed or stuned and bitching about why it last so fucking long like toss stun kill entire team. Spawn kill entire team. Come back and kill me just as the stun is starting to ware off…
TIL: PS4’s can survive being violently flung from a flipped car.
Couldn’t find my controller or HDMI though ):
Guess i’ll have to get it on PS3 and until I replace the parts.
Holy crap I am terrible at this game. X_X. Why is the boost dodge command such a pain to do?
I’m not bad, but I’m not dominating like I used to. I used to go 30-3 usually on BO2 from the first game, now, I get 20-11 at worst and 27-5 at best. Or sometimes I get carried.
Im loving this game. So many campers tho its nuts. That being said dat day1 lag doe… So strong.
Killing a dude then boosting around a corner to kill an other dude is the nicest feeling. Or using a boost to run away then juking them by boosting back is also a clutch ass feeling.
Im currently running a 1.88kdr… Im not too impressed but i have some nasty games and some poopy games. The spawns need some serious tweaking like they did in blops2. Nothing that cant be fixed but other than that im sure the connections will stabilize and the game will smooth out but man this game puts ghosts to shame. Its almost on par with blops2. I really thing IW needs to go. They need to be ditched or re staffed because they have no idea what they are doing its obviously not that hard since treyarch nails it spot on and sledgehammer may have made the most fun cod yet.
I still remember playing on BO2, I was known for being this aggressive SOB that bad mouthed the ones weak and I was disrespectful on my plays. I was so known and everytime I got into a game, 2-3 left from the other team.
I think it’s hilarious how the ASM1 is just a dressed up Thompson Submachine Gun, ROFL.
It’s fucking good.
I can feel that learning curve though.
The most challenging part about this game is it’s so easy for people to just up an vanish on you mid chase.
Well it’s good and bad I guess, for me.
This fucking gun right here, so good, so fucking good.
My first kill was two in one shot.
i would rate this 3rd on the list of best CoDs, after MW2 and 1 taking the top 2 spots, with blops2 following after.
-the game looks glorious, in singleplayer i kept stopping and just watching.
-the customization looks awesome so far. not sure exactly how deep and varied it goes, also im sure alot of the best items will be dlc but trying not to think about that lol
-the boost jumping is a breath of fresh air, and i thought i was gonna hate it
now for the bad (or just nit-picky)
-the first (and biggest) thing to jump out at me was the fact that the game feels like it was made by someone who cried about the “unfair-ness” of games like bo2 and mw1-2. quickscoping is gone. knifing is so nerfed you have to literally be right on top of them to connect. no more clutch knife presses from ridiculously far away. now when you run into someone both of you retardedly back up while trying to shoot each other because CQB is now near-worthless. i think ive landed a “punch” maybe 5 times and im lvl 42 as of this post.
-the pick 10 thing from blops 2 is back with 3 extra slots and now your perks and killstreaks count, which is…okay i guess. I wasnt that big of a fan of the pick 10 system. just personal preference i suppose.
-the maps are, as per the devs, designed to “eliminate camping”. thats hilariously untrue, at one map on domination i was able to camp on top of a skyscraper and shoot anyone coming in on B flag for a 25-4 KD that round lol. also they dont really feel like they were really designed for the jumping as much, you could play all these maps without boost jump just fine. which brings me to my last whine, these maps leave me limp as far as the themes go. give me stuff like karachi and crash! fighting at some posh skyscraper hotel doesnt feel very cod-y
still, its a great game and a lot of fun. i give it a 8/10
Welp, just got quickscopped. It was fun while it lasted.
Theres no aim assist on sniper rifles so quickscoping isnt as abound in this game. Ive killed so many wannabe quickscopers with horrible aim lol
You can sorta quickscope but its much slower also it does look like there is very little to no autoaim. There is corner camping but that always seems to be true when it comes to new game/maps the game slows down when a team locks down a building. Get out of the building and camp at least so we can jet pack and boost around. I cant get over how much fun it is to hust move around the maps. Its titalfall but fun…
I feel like if you can go 2kd in this game youre an absolute beast. Idk if I ran into a lot of lag or what but man it takes me forever to kill someone and I die in a bullet or two. With that said, its absolutely beautiful and the mechanics are fun as hell. Its just weird having to look UP in call of duty. I dont mean that in a traditional sense, most of my deaths so far have been people in the most random of areas because you can boost so high. I started out pretty well at like 1.8-2.1ish but I feel like its impossible to maintain that without intense camping, and I get bored as hell playing that way. I’ve dropped all the way down to like 1.2K\D haha. I think its fun but it’s also absolute chaos at the same time
ninja edit: Btw I skipped that crap that ghost was. Last COD I played any signficant amount of time in was probably MW3\BO2
I feel like I live longer in this game than any other COD(not as in I die a lot, but as in my deaths are farther a part), the mobility really lengthens life-spans.
Even with that you can eat way more bullets than Ghosts, thank god.
I dont think maintaining a 2 kdr is gonna be all that hard. Actually it seems easier because its fairly easy to catch people off guard and no need to camp at all. Just slow it down figure out primary spawns, try to somewhat understand secondary spawns. And move from there. Know popular high spots find good spots to beat those spots or routes to get around to them. And abuse the shit out of boost to get around. The game is really interesting because it focuses so much on movement. Also everyone needs to learn the difference between camping and holding a power position and maintaining map control. You can run around randomly because you have mad adhd but that wont get you anywhere, power positions are so much more important and harder to hold in this game because there are so many ways you need to look and be aware that enemies can come from. But running around like an rtard probably wont bare much fruit as playing a bit slower and considering multiple options.
So is this a must buy? I skipped ghosts and thought bo2 was just ok.
Power position? That’s what it’s called?
I’ve always referred it as “setting up shop” and I love doing it.
Gonna have to figure out the flow of the maps and the high traffic areas and whatnot before I can do it in AW though, seems to be taking longer than previous CODs.
Yes its called map control its different than camping. Camping is finding a random room or corner and just sitting there not helping your team just thinking about yourself. Map control forces predictable spawns and puts the opponent in a terrible situation where you always have the upperhand. Everyone gets more kills. And you win. Everyone leaves happy other than the other team. And no this control does not involve just siitting in one spot aiming down sights.
I gave yet to try an smg, i gear they are underwhelming? Everyone is using the same two guns the bal27 and the ak. You dont see much of anything else.
I just do not see this deep combat you guys are talking about, it is pretty fucking stale and random as fuck.
