If you were to list out what every map in these games were and describe them in detail, the Black Ops’ series main and DLC maps pretty much shit all over the other games in terms of creativity in design and flow. I mean, if you actually pay attention to the maps in these games it’s clear.
I guess the definition of the word “bland” changed when I wasn’t paying attention.

Those are Canadian prices, I’m not aware of current exchange rates to know if that’s high for Canada but at least in the US we probably expect the usual $60 price tag for the regular game, and I guess $90 for the Legacy. As much as I’d love to play MW HD I don’t know if I’m willing to drop $90 for it…

No. What’s insane is the fact that there are just 10 maps according to that ad. This means 1 of 2 things:
A.) They flubbed up on the ad, and plan on including all SIXTEEN (minus DLC) of the maps on initial release (HA!)
B.) They plan on making us buy the rest of the maps for CALL OF DUTY 4 as DLC.
Which do you think is more likely?
I was kinda proud I didn’t give a fuck about Infinity Ward before, but this is just sad. Activision’s making them do this, I bet.
I would love to buy COD4 remastered as a stand alone. I refuse to let them hold one of my favorite games hostage for the Ransom of buying a new game I probably won’t like. I don’t negotiate with terrorists.
I love the first two Modern Warfare games but I ain’t breaking $100 for one of em. It’s probably a download code. I’m gonna see if I can cop it off of somebody.
Acitvision put literal adverts for Infinite Warfare on BO3 Nuketon. “Hey! We’re only 2 DLCs into this game but fuck it! The new one is going to be WAY cooler AMIRITE!?”
At this point, if IW wants to win people back, the game better be so hot that it will keep a homeless shelter warm at night in a New York winter.

@axeman61 I think he’s more on your side of thinking when it comes to the content of this game.
If that happens, I feel that will be a mortal wound for IW. We all talk about how the COD scene complains, but nothing ever really happens. But if COD4 Remastered drops with 10 maps and they try to charge for the rest, IW really will be dead in the water. That’ll be a bigger fiasco than Supply Drops. It’s sad, because I feel Activision is pushing this. We can debate on why we’re getting COD4 Remastered, but I doubt IW would halve the maps on their own.
