What kills the Shotguns in MW3 is the Proficiency system itself. They made the base shotgun bad, so that when you get the higher levels they become decent and not overpowered. What’s more annoying is that you don’t get a useful proficiency for the shotguns until weapon lvl 23(Range). While every other gun benefits from Kick at lvl 4. They might as well make shotguns secondaries again.

QS is very rewarding. I’m using steady aim first since it makes the cross-air smaller so its easier to get a your target in center. Next, I’m going to bump my sensitivity to 10 and use throwing knives. Once I get really good, I’mma start doing 360 no scope and change my user name to Optic Elite Sniper 420 
Lol QS is rewarding, it is about as rewarding as tieing your shoes. Infact tieing your shoes would probably be the most difficult of the 2 tasks.

I was out there for a few weeks a few months ago, and really liked it. I guess I could try to get into the fighting game scene out there, but I haven’t bothered picking up a stick in months and wont have a console to practice on. I’d get bodied.
I miss the MW2 days of walla tubing and toto shooting every ks down on sight…made rushing so much easier.

I’ve been QSing too, and when I get that badass 360 or 180 (shot in the back but turn around) QS kill I like to message them saying QS in the face, I win. Hey Victor make sure to tap Y Y to reset the crosshairs and auto aim assist.
QS is all about having your target in the center. The auto-aim does the rest.
Half of it is serious. I’m sarcastic in real life, which is a bad habit of mine.
Whew, I’m probably going to regret saying this but…QSing can actually take a slight amount of skill. It’s a lot more fun when you don’t use Quickdraw. Auto-aim does do most the work but missing one shot essentially means death. It worked best in BO after the first Sniper patch, the next consecutive patches made it too easy. That being said, you really shouldn’t be getting QSed in this game. With how accurate the weapons are, you should be just lasering them and causing their sniper to recoil wildly. I haven’t even encountered many QSers in this game (which is good!), mostly just ACR/PP90M1 users…Once I get all the Shotguns gold (my SPAS is lv. 30, after that it’s just the AA12 and Model), I’m going to get my revenge>:)
It’s shit like the shotguns that make me laugh when people say COD is realistic. Shotgun can fuck you up from a pretty far distance in real life. People can’t run around with 35 pound sniper rifles at full speed expecting to hit shit.
Anyway, been getting a little frustrated with the game this week. Seems like the only opponents I get during the week are entire teams who camp corners in their spawn.
