Here are some more details about the new Torgue DLC. At the end of the video they say Gearbox is already thinking about the next DLC along with a level cap increase that will be done in a different and “more interesting” way.

Almost solo’d Hyperius, killed all his minion-bots, got him down to ~30% but his dumbfuck hulk jumparound + repeated 50k blastwave pattern is just too dumb.

Still a good read if you aren’t. It appears that all of the models are much darker outside of the game itself and that they do look washed out in-game. Perhaps there’s some kind of color correction?
Where the crap is the trailer for the new DLC?
@Noble Cactus - It’s just a general convention of displaying assets, have a good dynamic range. idk if they were displaying in Marmoset or ZB or what, possibly even just screengrabs. The art department stated there’s no custom shaders at work, BL2 is very skylit and fairly desaturated though.
Edit: Pretty sure ZBrush renders, that’ll be why then.
After shooting off tens of dozens of hats I still never realised the Goliath’s entire head was a jack in the box. It’s horriblol and awesome.

Went through like an hour or so of the new stuff on Normal with my Commando, just to see how it looks. Comedy is pretty spot on, and the environment is pretty cool. Torque has his own Jackpot machine and weapon vendor that you use Torque bucks to buy stuff, shit he says is great.
okay, so basically :
in order to change your voices to jpn and keep eng subtitles, you download the jpn voices by switching your game to jpn and switch some files around but switch your game’s language back to english so it’ll display english subtitles. so my game downloaded the english voices and english subtitles, while leaving the jpn voices and english subtitles from previously, and i’m too lazy to change the voices for now. welp.
Because they have the same VA.
Also I need that Cobra for my Zer0, explosion sniper?? yessir!
the ammo / shield vendors in sanctuary still have their jpn voices, but the ones in crater don’t have any voices at all…
ahh, okay. i don’t have any voices for this dlc at all. time to fix this!

Btw it seems that the new Dlc mission is actually scaled to my level for my non level 50 character. Guess I’ll do that one so I can actually progress.
Why not? I was playing with JPN voices on my second character so that it would be less boring to me.
My game was already set to JPN before DLC2 came out, I noticed I didn’t have some voices, and some ECHO stuff seemed to be messing up. I looked into it, and yeah you can’t have JPN voices on DLCs in general.
