Origin for PC blows ass. They should have released the game on Steam, and this was a bad bad bad decision from EA idiots. Now that MW3 shat on their face, I wonder if they would have done anything differently. Getting a decent game (decent means full server) takes way too long on PC. I’m averaging at least 10 mins to start playing a decent game… 
Are you using strict filter criteria? Or outside of North America? There are always a bunch of server on normal/conquest using the 1-5 or 6-10 player filter; depending on how big my party is.
But I agree about Origin…they’ll never compete with Steam being EA only games, really wish they’d port to Steam already. Who’s bright idea was it to force you to install a garbage program…and then when you click play force you to open a web browser to see the stuff you should have seen in the garbage program?
Edit: Also, everyone seems to be a fan of the F2000 … do I just feel like it’s garbage because i’m coming from an AEK 971 with full attachments? I was waiting for AN-94 since it was sick in BFBC2
I played a match yesterday and boy was it terrible. I was on some map with a construction site split into two parts, separated by a tunnel. I never even got to see the other side of the map. My team got spawn trapped so hard, it was pathetic.
I need to play this some more…I haven’t unlocked any different weapons.
That pisses me off more than anything. Who the fuck makes a game forcing you to use a shitty client and then forces you to launch the game through a web browser? Why do I have the Origin client then?
Yeah that map can turn into a massive shitfest, especially in the two side corridoors running parallel down the tunnel. Same with Metro, whoever gets the ticket office first seems to rule the map as it becomes a storm of bullets on the stairs and escalators. Certain objectives can really dictate the sway of the game. Good thing with the construction site though, is that a lot of times you can jump in the chopper and sneak over to the enemy objective and take it from behind, works the majority of the time.

i get a mk 11 or an sks with a suppressor, x4 scope, and a foregrip. shits dominant at mid range
while im talking recon, whats up with people not using motion sensors? especially on defense or for protecting an armed m-comm. seems like most snipers are happy laying prone on the outskirts getting 6 kills and having fuck all to do with the objetives
like when im playing, i never think, “damn, that sniper is fucking my team up. he has so many points. he must be stopped.” usually its just a minor annoyance that reminds me not to stand still and let him hit me twice

So my local Best Buy is selling the LE version of the game bundled with the LE version of the guide for a about 85-89 dollars, which is like $10 less if you were to get them separately and let me just say that I’m really tempted right now.

Battlefield 3 Patch Notes for Nov 22nd patch
The Stinger nerfed will quickly become unnerfed, all the people bitching the stingers were to strong had no legit complaints and they just panic nerfed it for no reason. Nerfing the damage on the Scar is stupid as well, that is the only thing that gun has going for it. It has high kick and less range then the other Rifles yet they are going to nerf the one good thing going for it. Quit listening to people who whine for the sake of whining, too many companies doing unnecessary nerfs.
