I played for about 45 minutes. Pretty awsome so far. I need to hook my xbox back up to my tv so I can have surround sound. Right now Im just getting sound from my monitors crappy speakers. I could hook up the sound without hooking it to the tv but then it was just sound weird.
I was seeing some pretty terrible graphical glitches while I was playing and it was kinda laggy. Other than that its pretty fun. I did pretty good too. I defused the bomb like 3 times and went 26/12 or some shit. That might not sound so good but compared to the rest of the team it was freakin’ bad ass. lol

I just bought the game and dl’ed the origin software but this shit is acting kinda funky… Nothing about it is very intuitive and I can’t find/know how to dl the beta… Thanks EA for shoving this ORIGIN crap down our throats.
I want to play this game now, thursday can’t get here fast enough.

I havent ever played a BF game online, shit the only BF I played was BFBC2. I didnt/dont really have any expectations for the game other than it looking bad ass and being fun. From what I played it was pretty fun but the graphics didnt blow me away. Like I said in my other post, I noticed a lot of graphical glitches. There was screen flickering, the end of my gun got all crazy and looked like it tore the space time continuum right at the tip of it. At the begining of a match it showed my dude standing there but half of him was all jacked up and distorted. It looked like he was bent in half but instead of an upper body it looked like a wad of clay. It just didnt look as good as the video I watched of it being played on the 360.
Graphical hiccups aside, it was fun. I really dont know what to say about it. I busted some caps and saved the base a few times. I didnt see any vehicles and I thought that kinda sucked. I wanted to blast some dude driving a tank or some shit. The map seemed pretty dope. It was big and bright with lots of shit to hide behind. There are lots of bushes and shit to hide in and it was hard to spot people in them. Once they started shooting from a bush you could spot them easy though as their muzzle flash would give’em away.
Then it went down into the subway (I just appeared there all of the sudden) and it was all dark and blasted. I was runnin’ up and down the inside and outside of one of the train cars just takin’ fools out. I killed at least 10 fools in a row just hiding out around that bitch. Both teams would pick spots and just huddle up and have shoot outs so I ran around the bad guys all sneaky like. I came up behind 3 bad dudes and I had the drop on them but I only killed one of them. It was kinda whack because I busted mad caps in all of them but only one went down.
There was two other maps or whatever that it switched to, one was an office or something and I didnt really care for that one. Then there was one that was outside on like a street with a high wall and like…dinning areas and shops and shit.

Im having trouble getting a game to start if I have someone in my party/team/squad from my friends list. It will not connect to a game. =(

But yeah, got in the beta playing on the PC AND ITS FUCKING AWESOME HOLY SHIT!!! I must admit after I fixed all the “connecting” problems (I had to restart, fail) and got into a game, first the graphics blew my mind (playing this shit on Ultra) but then I noticed diffrent things coming from CoD which were my last 5 major FPS. My last BF game being 2142.
First of all the maps are HUUUUUUGEEEE yet you are always in the action. The rounds are long, thank God, no more loading every 3 minutes. You die way faster, imagine playing CoD on hardcore… almost. The game is pretty fast paced, and even though my first couple of games were like 7-5 and what not, as I got to know the map and I went like 32-10 and shit. The sounds in this game is… fucking awesome, holy shit… HOLY SHIT… There’s nothing like a missle flying by your head! The physics are great, you shoot shit, walls fall down, some guy RPG’d a tree and that shit just fell down, I was laughing.
But also, theres something… magical about this game. At one point I was in the metro, with like fucking 4 guys next to a wall, and we were just covering this choke point and like I dunno… we are all firing, reloading, ducking, taking cover, getting back out, firing, greandes… this shit went on for like 30 seconds of NON STOP SHOOTING AT SHIT, it was very “techincal” action packed and highly enjoyable. It actually felt like you were part of a team. This is not to say that you cant do shit solo. I loaded up the shotgun and went into a building (Building had like 3 floors mind you) and just went balistic, came out with 10 kills. All this one 1 map, with no vehicles. I can’t even imagine the mayhem when those are added on a 64 player map.
All this to say that I’m fucking HYPED for this game. HYPED AS FUCK!!!
God, I hate ALL of you fucking Beta players right now. I can’t wait until Thursday!
