I still wonder when mine will be, since I’ve been playing Recon pretty much only with PDWs and my P90 is already up there
I get all pissed off just looking at this game on my counter nowadays. You know, that disgusted feeling? In your
stomach? LOL, I can’t even play it hardly because I already know what my average mindset will be when I’m done
with the session----pissed off/annoyed.
Or maybe it’s only because I’m annoyed that September/ArmoredKill is taking forever to get here?

Ha nice. I have been using a right mix of things for the Close Quarters stuff but mostly I have been taking the new guns into the larger maps. They haven’t crept into my top 5 yet though. I have only been using the L85, G3, AUG, L86 and SPAS which is my top shotgun now. I have 22 stars with the AUG, 13 stars with the SPAS which is a filthy gun with slugs in, 8 stars with the L86.
Looks like I just picked up a really insane pilot for our platoon. Saves me having to spend time learning them because I do not find them at all fun in this game. I think mainly because of the lack of air superiority mode to get some good time in, that and most pilots just bail out or crash into the ground if they get hit by 2 bullets so I spend half the game just flying around taking in the view which is a waste of time. Not as much of a waste of time as me putting SFxT in earlier though, I found 1 endless lobby worldwide and it was red connection in Brazil so then I just put BF back in where it will stay now until TTT2 comes.

I kinda saw this coming…shall we expect yearly releases for MoH and BF now? kinda like the same IW then treyrach switch off for CoD…
I have quite a few dozen hours of flight time logged in, and ever since the superbuff to the Havoc I am quite a more balanced pilot. If your platoon is seeking to rent me some time for possible recruitment, I could consider it. Currently my clan is doing pretty much nothing and its members, while fun, are not impressive. I can’t get any better, and though I know competition in Bf3 in general is dead, would be nice playing with people who actually would be able to make my flying time/skills worth it. <3

Biggest challenge with the chopper in BF3 isn’t flying it, but evading enemy attacks in such a small arena. It’s not pro chopper at all. You will still die tons even as an ace, and your gunner has to be onpoint.
A solid pilot/gunner duo has to be pretty much top guns and in psychic communication to win a map against a team with solid jet cover and organized ground resistance.
Ah man, we are recruiting but we are on 360. On 360 there is actually quite a lot of competition and a lot of strong platoons around. Mine are probably one of the strongest in terms of player strength but we are low on quantity at the moment as we have just come back from a short hiatus. I went off to play SCV and get tome Tekken on the go warming up for TTT2 for a while and the others were playing Diablo but we’re making a comeback on BF3 now. Shame you’re not on 360.
This is the 1st Battlefield where I have just not really enjoyed the vehicle game much. I spend so long just trying to stay alive in the things that I don’t really feel like I am doing much for my team. It’s a shame they are giving us Tank Superiority mode and not Air Superiority mode. When that came to BF1943, that was when I actually got good in the planes but I did find the planes more fun in that too for some reason.
I should probably join a clan, I am sure I am good enough as long as I do not have to fly. Just never done it, even Akimbo is in a clan.

Well if anyone wants to join our platoon then post up your Battlelog names and I will forward them onto the platoon leaders so they can check you out on bf3stats (stupid stats reset makes it harder to judge players). Most of us are 100 colonels with over 700 SPM but we do accept lower if it seems they have certain strengths ie absurdly high revives or resupllies etc generally shows good team players.
