Week 1 has been pretty weak this time around, but at least it’ll set up some premium stuff later on.
Cilic / Del Potro is on right now, one of the most interest matchups in tennis and it looks like it could go 5.
I actually think Week 1 was one of the stronger week 1s, compared to other years. Saturday was a bit lackluster, but I’ve enjoyed this first week more than in the past.

Sick matches lined up for today. That Tsonga Almagro was a really great 5 setter. Davydenko and Verdasco was also 5 sets but not nearly as quality as Tsonga Almagro. Those guys were blasting winners everywhere.
Poor Hewitt, Federer just annihilated him and was looking very crisp, far from his Andreev form in the first round.
