Yeah resets are meter, but they can also bring greater damage if they parry one hit and still get juggled by another since a parry resets damage as well. It’s not easy parrying multiple random hits of a variable combo so if you know what you’re doing the reset can be a big plus.

both Hossy and Aruka are just amazing. Anyone who wants to learn Ibuki, just loop this vid forever. Perfect showing of SA3 use against Oro (which makes sense), with hitconfirm but more important, whiff punishing. Lots pressure, fakeuts, dash through, making Ryu’s EX sho barely whiff (as soon as I saw the EX flash I was 100% sure it was going to hit… and it didn’t)
Ibuki literally RAPING Chun is a blessy sight. Oh, and Ibuki is just too much for Urien, even against Pierre who was beasting until then.

Nobody needs a tutorial video anymore. Just edit some text on this ranbat to point out stuff, and you have the best Ibuki tutorial ever
Actually, that’s a pretty good idea. Just clip segments out of this ranbat and some of the previous ranbats. Then stick them in a cohesive order, add subtitles, slap on a music track, and you got yourself a tutorial.
Only need clips from previous ranbats because of char-specific stuff. Like LP, MP, HP, link MK xx qcb+2K against tall crouchers. Which is something Aruka has done in a previous ranbat.
