Am I wrong in thinking that they dislike Kokujin? I mean he is always on top but his matches are always fun to watch, his insanely aggressive style provides some great entertainment.
TM is now my favorite Street Fighter player in the world. What I wanna know is, where did this dude come from? Certainly he didn’t just appear on the scene a few months ago. Is he in fact TK? They share certain mannerisms with Q, and I have a random match vid where a Q player named “Tmk” appears that could have been a transitional period. In any case, CRAZY.
TM actually uses charge partitioning in his game. He does dash toward into dash punch, walk into dash punch, random directionless move into dash punch, and SAI turnaround into dash punch. Maybe I’ll pick it up again too. Also, midscreen roundhouse c&db, strong dash punch, fierce dash punch? Never seen that in my whole entire life. Preliminary testing suggests it’s Chun-only.
I was disappointed at the end of Ru v Kokujin too. That was Ru’s match, for sure.
Getting that far with Q . . . that gentleman has some talent. Insane to see him do stuff we’ve never seen with Q (like the midscreen roundhouse c&db strong dp into fierce dp) like UltraDavid mentioned. TM gets some big props from me!

Kuroda did the mp dash into fierce dash on the video where he beats Justin and Ricky. At any rate, it’s so refreshing to see someone beast with Q.

Dunno, but he does hit RX with it most rounds (dive kick reset, super!)
I’m guessing 'cause Makoto can’t really punish that super with anything devastating (e.g., SAII), so he’s willing to risk it (especially worth it in the corner).
