Not sure why it would be empty. After you type in the password a new page will load up and you should click where it says: ???
That will load a new page and then wait a few seconds and it will ask you to save files for download.

The file size is 1.1MB. There should be eight GGPO .fr files, no actual vids.
As a reminder, AAA++ files are against Boss. The level in these matches is the highest I’ve ever seen.
You have to believe it’s there in order to see it.
Try using 7zip if re-downloading doesn’t work.

Choose “open with” find your GGPO folder (it is probably in Program Files) and choose the “ggpofba” application icon.
I don’t know if this is the correct way but it works for me.

i watched the long ass ~300kb set of kuroda vs boss. the other kuroda vs boss file wont load under japanese characters and wont play once renamed
make sure .fr stays at the end if you rename.
anyone have an alt link besides that 2chan one…link seems to be down.
