There were some really good matches at SBO. I haven’t seen all of them cos the stupid idiot who surely got banned from srk didn’t upload all vids to his channel.

And again let me emphasise - NO YUN CHUN BS. This is quite funny considering how Tokido told us at Evo that the winner of SBO will basically come down to the team with the best Chun. Fair enough - in the finals Chinta forced MOV to come on and finish the job (which he did with his eyes closed… I mean hand bandaged).
Saw two games of the Justin, Gooteks and KOfiend teams - Gooteks is some serious sickness with that Urien :tup:

you’re probably right. I watched the games in quite a rush.
And obviously Kuroda is Kuroda, but Uraken’s gouki was on some illegal performance enhancing drugs I tell you.
Chinta was the star of the show. Got me interested in playing Ken again. I was amazed that there were so many Gouki’s. Kuroda uses the flip command like he’s doing trapeze acts, I love it.

damn there’s a lot of sf4 hate in here. i don’t think the games terrible but it is mad boring. i think the next version will be bad ass though. and for the love of god put some sf3 characters in there. they have no problem putting old boring DEAD characters but for some reason sf3 characters are “story locked”. fuck that
I didn’t say it with the context of being argumentative I literally wasn’t sure if there was even any top tiers in the finals hence why I was asking. i remember SBO from 2 years ago being won by a makoto player and I know Kuroda’s team won last year but I wasn’t sure bu which character.
pootnannies: I don’t really think there’s a "hate"as much as there is a frustration with SF4. It didn’t progress the series as much as it went a couple steps back trying to fill in the shoes of SF2. It was a game developed for the casual market as well as being a game that was intended for people who never played SF before. The developer himself even stated his intention of SF4 being a vechichle to bridge casual fans to 3s eventually…essentially to turn casual SF4 players into hardcore SF3 payers. So basically SF4 is in a way a "beta"3s which is good for new players who havn’t experienced SF…but for the veteran player who knows his way around the block, SF4 isn’t really relevent because we are beyond that stage and ready to compete in the big leagues.
K.O did that to KSK at Evo 2k3…its still is nice to see though
