Dud vs. Chun is like 7-3. Dud has like maybe one good poke vs. Chun and Chun’s small crouch box makes it difficult to jump in on her effectively. As long as she is on her feet she controls the match. It’s only when Dud gets a knockdown does he have a chance to seal the round. He can destroy her on the wake up. Other than that…Chun wins. It’s not unwinnable by any means it’s just tough for Dudley to take control on the ground. He’s forced to take to the air and Chun even then has solid options for baiting his jump ins and punishing. Dudley has to be very particular about what he does in the match.
japanese see the matchup as 5-5. i don’t agree, but to each his own!
By the way: what’s the name of this tourney (if it is in fact a tourney?). Seems like it’d be fun to watch in full.
worst ranbat ever…
I don’t know if I would say it’s 7-3, 7-3 is pretty bad. I also wouldn’t put it at 5-5, though, definitely. 6-4? 6.5-3.5?
I thought the Ranbat was good, actually. This is Third Strike people, get used to see Chun already. That GVision seems to have an awesome assortment of the best low/mid tier players in the world shouldn’t have spoiled you that bad heh.
From what I’ve seen dudleys do to chuns, I can very well believe it’s 5-5.
David, there’s about 20(I’m ill atm and too lazy to count) characters in the game, seeing chuns and yuns all the time is just 10% of the entire game. And yes, that 10% gets boring:P
please, someone make this dudley-chun topic a thread discuss it there D:
Hey, I just started uploading some of my own matches to youtube. They’re mainly of me and KIT playing (I don’t know if he posts). Well, those are probably the only vids worth watching, too. I’ll post others as well, but I don’t reccomend watching them. These are a few months old, so I changed a little bit, but I think any advice based on these vids would still help now.
Here are four links:

Critiques and comments would be nice, thanks!
I watched some from the first link:
Ken’s shoryu isn’t that good. Tell KIT he can’t just mash it out haphazardly like that. Also, after EX tatsu he might wanna do a st. mk/hk or something that’ll actually connect. Needs to work on mixup and (the concept of?) hit confirms
You, on the other hand, should make an effort (if you’re already trying, try harder) to land a Zenpo Tenshin while KIT blocking your GJ. Something tells me he wouldn’t be able to deal with it if it happened.
I’ve seen a lot fucking worse, though. I actually saw some Japanese guys that really REALLY sucked. I’m not sure if they were just joking around but they recorded/posted it on YouTube somewhere. The whole video description was in Jap so I can’t find it. It was hella funny to see it though.

Aruka/Yamazaki/Zangoef is the hottest team of all time, damn. It could only get hotter with Dirty music.
That was a fun GVision vid.
Hossy/Aruka was the hottest team of all time.
Truth. They won too. Way too much ninja.
Damn some life in this thread again! I’m looking forward to watching this…
EDIT - wont download…
How about that finish with Yamazaki?
Man, to control the entire match, then BOOM two Chun supers in a row … what a heartbreaker.
Also Zangeof is a beast.
