The point to bring up here, which I mentioned before (or at least I think I did) is that usually when Skip has one of these takes he’s just playing his troll character. Trying to get a rise out of everyone.
When the topic is an actual serious issue though, he drops the facade and talks realistically. That’s why everyone is lashing out. Because these are his legitimate thoughts and shows a true lack of empathy which is especially annoying when he has a history of dealing with abuse from his father.
