No, you can’t cut Tebow after he actually did a good job. That’s a waste of EVERYONE’S time and you basically just admit that he never had a chance at the roster. As much as I wouldn’t mind cutting both and getting some random other QB as the third string, Tebow legitimately played his way into the job. He earned the spot whether we like it or not.

He also threw this in the first minute of the game,
He merely played better than barfley this last game. That doesn’t mean he played his way into the job. Barfley has largely outplayed teblows this summer. Only this last game did Tim show signs of life. But as I said before, it’s only his first read. If his first read isn’t open, he’s a fucking dumpster fire. Nothing he does looks natural except tucking and running.
Cut them both and find another guy to be the 3rd. Or just go with 2 qbs.

Hey, if I had my way they would cut both. Actually if I had my way they would’ve been cut before preseason even started. Everyone here knows I hate Tebow and think he does not belong in the NFL.
But no, he outplayed Barkley the last few games. Barkley outplayed Tebow ONCE, in Week 1 when he actually looked mildly competent out of nowhere. Obviously it was just a fluke. I agree, for the most part, if the first read isn’t open Tebow just takes the fuck off and screws everything. But shit at least he can hit his first read. Barkley can only ever hit a target if he’s about to get killed.
But honestly…I’d rather have Christian Ponder on our team than either of these guys but that’s not going to happen.
