Chip’s trolling aside he honestly could go to Philly. Barkley could go into the trade and Barkley would work in Gruden’s west coast drop back offence. Philly could use him as a number two and if anyone can fix him and get back his early form it’s Bruce Arians. Trading between the Skins / Eagles is easy as well as it’s within NFC east and they’ve done it before with McNabb.
Other than that RG3s mobility is probably best suited to Seattle. He’s not Russell Wilson but he’s probably the best chance they’ve got outside of Russell Wilson of replicating him if they need a backup.
