He should just hold the “L” and stay quiet for the four regular season games. If Manziel could do it for the entire off season, Brady can do it for four weeks. Then he should come back and body the Colts so hard that the NFL has to launch another investigation on the Patriots.

Brady actually has a case in the federal court because there is nothing in the labour agreement about doctoring footballs.

So whether or not he did or didn’t and whether or not he destroyed evidence doesn’t matter. If a judge agrees that the league had no legal reason to suspend him and they were just enforcing their own brand of justice then Brady will likely get off.

No doubt if Brady does get off they’ll make a new rule.
