so it has come to my attention that…
A: There is NO STREET DATE on SF4… meaning stores can sell it when their shipment arrives (gamecrazy and 7-11). Is this true?
B: No set date on when TE Fight Sticks are arriving (again for gamecrazy, not Game Stop).
I should be getting my PS3 TE fighter sticks on monday from gamestop. Overnight shipping. Also SF4 Should there on the 17th. Assuming shipments don’t get delayed

You have to preregister at their site or else they charge you an extra $5, I don’t fucking know why either. So if this kills your interest, I understand, but I can’t change these stupid rules.

PROCEDURES TO REGISTERING:
- You have to make an account, I’d use an email that you barely use. You can find the register link on the left
- After that, go up to the top to seating, and then you’ll be relocated to the cheap square graph I don’t understand.
- Pick a black square, and then there should be a button that says, “Sit Down.” After that, press select and you should have reserved the seat.

i m very split on whether i will go to the ACM gathering or not. if there is enough interest shown, then I will go.
otherwise, i will have a GG gathering at my place (that didnt happen yesterday). please IM me (INives) or PM me if your interested. i actually don’t want to publicize my apartment.
As incentive, I will order pizza and some sodas. those will be on me, i will not charge anyone. if someone can bring a 2nd setup, that would be great. otherwise, we are just playing starcraft in my dining area, and GG in the living area.
I would hold off announcing this because, well, the smart thing would be to hold off until I saw if people had incentive to go to the UIC meeting, but there is no time. everything depends on which people have more interest towards.
EDIT: There is free parking behind my apartment, so if people come into the city, it is no big deal. Also the street parking is relatively available. I live near Irving Park and Lincoln. Would be great if the new GG players came as well as some of the older GG players who havent played the new GG players. I will be recording vids and putting them in my youtube.

lol ya I was just out with carley today hitting up a bunch of places (like the bestbuy across the street), and thought I’d stop in to sign up.
you probably literally went there an hour or two after we did. I asked the guy about what was usable for the tourney, and he says they don’t know yet what will be allowed. here’s hoping, I guess. lol.
you by any chance pick up that 360 RGB cable? I was reading up on the lag free guide and decided to get one today just in case. It’s pretty nice but the RGB channel on my tv isn’t compatible with the 120 hz mode…which does make a huge difference on games/movies.
so I guess I’ll use the hdmi for almost everything and the RGB for lag-free fighters. not a big deal.

and ya jim i got it ive just been trying to fuck with the resolution settings on 360 to figure out whats best lag wise
