Hmmmm, never really considered skeletor, I’ve literally never played that character(prolly can’t even find him on the character select screen). Ill definitely think about it, had my heart set on playing hawkeye though, but if my worries turn true I can see myself switching him out for task.
What anchor goes well with spencer+doom besides ammy?
Hi There, I want to hear your opinion what could be a good anchor for Spencer/Taskmaster… ? Im not feeling Doom, but really want one who could possibly extend combos…

Never played Vergil, but I will give him a try. But not feeling Sentinel and Wesker… well it’s Wesker. Don’t like him. Magneto sounds pretty interesting and I will have a look at him.
What to you think about Dormammu or Akuma?
i dont if dormammu extends combos or not with his assists, but akuma can barely i mean i only succeeded in using akuma’s tatsu to extend spencers combo enough times to count on my hand and that was in practice. I still think akuma tatsu is one of the best assists to use with spencer for lockdown though…
dormammu’s pillar assist can cover the space above spencer, as well as giving him a UVG in the corner…dark hole is a good lockdown assist
as far as akuma, akuma’s tatsu is multipurpose…in most cases, it starts combo if u know how to confirm it…also locks them down in the corner as well

I am having a problem deciding witch character to use on my team with captain america and spencer. The three I am debating on are taskmaster chris and hawkeye. Any suggestions.
Whats a better team? Nova/Spencer/Doom or Nova/Spencer/Sentinel?
I was running Spencer/Wesker/Doom for all the extra UVG but that team sort of resented the lack of an horizontal assist, Ive never liked Sentinel but I was already thinking of using him with Nova so now Im seriously considering him since I think he offers both the horizontal coverage to help both Nova and Spencer get in, plus the possiblity to extend combos for both of them, and I like what Spencer does for Nova, so Im really thinking about that team. I like Doom way more than Sent though, however right now I feel that drones has missiles beat for this team, just need to learn the proper combo/timing for calling sent to extend the combo. So for anyone with experience with those teams, whats a better team?
spencer vergil or spencer ammy? running chris before them, i have no idea how chris or spencer synergize with other characters as i just picked them up.
Either Hawkeye or Task would be good choices. They both have similar arrow assists, differences being that Hawkeye’s has faster startup and Task comes on to the screen further back (so he’s usually safer). Maybe that’ll help with your decision
I feel Drones is a little better in this setup considering it provides horizontal coverage and combo extension for both. Both teams do high damage though
Spencer/Vergil synergy is good combo-wise since combo into Vergil Rapid Slash assist gets him another Vertical grapple and Chris gets a lot out of that Rapid Slash assist pushback, especially when Vergil is DT’d. I think he’d be preferrable in this setup

As a followup question, when’s the proper moment to call sentinel/vergil (im also thinking of running wesker/spencer/vergil) to extend Spencer’s combo? With doom its pretty easy but I havent quite been able to figure it out with those two, well at least in the corner, mid screen it’s doom/vergil I dont quite get. -_-;
i dont want spencer’s neutral game to be shit though, vergil has a lot of startup and no invulnerability so it would barely cover his grapple.
In this case Ammy would provide slightly better neutral for Spencer (not the best since Cold Star doesn’t go full screen), but Chris loses out on a defensive/screen control assist
You might want to reconsider anchors if you want both their bases covered. I’d suggest Drones initially, and assists like Tatsu or Jam Session are decent options also
sent is shit (your signature says it all), and i refuse to play dante anchor after running zero vergil dante for so long before switching the bros places. akuma doesnt go fullscreen fast enough to cover him, i’ll make vergil work.
I refuse to believe that given how well RowTron does here
He’s just not the best anchor.
Those sentinel comebacks of his were pretty awesome, but it’s hard to argue that CriminalUpper’s signature is not true. 
I’m still going with Sentinel anchor for my Nova/Spencer and Dormammu/Dante teams though.
ok so im narrowing down my team options:
spencer/tasky/doom (missiles) - this has been my main team says day 1 vanilla, but i just HATE doom anchor…maybe switch the order and put tasky anchor?
cap (shield slash)/spencer/tasky - this team can do good damage QUICK, havent invested MUCH time in cap, but it seems like it can be tricky to land a hit with him versus certain characters
spencer/tasky/akuma - this team is fun to play. the assists dont really let me extend my combos but it definitly helps me start them. seems rush down oriented, which may or may not be a problem
i personally feel that spencer and tasky are my two BEST characters hands down, so im trying to maybe find someone that works well with them, on any point in the team (no wesker, and unfortunately i cant play ammy/dante/vergil) …maybe skrull, dorm, phoenix, hulk, hawkeye, chris. i dont know, but i need to decide quick…ANY advice is appreciated
