I made the mistake by saying Patriots and Steelers in the Super Bowl(same division) where I meant to say it will be Green Bay and Patriots. I mean this matchup will be the biggest hype up for each team. The Packers will have Bret Farve leaving the NFL with a 3rd ring, retiring happy after playing one more year for the fans and memory of his father, and can now be at home with his sick wife even happier. On the other hand there is the Patriots with the chance to win their 3rd title, second straight, and they will be considered a Dynasty for it. And Tom Brady will get even more mention all season long for being the best QB today. It’ll be nice if he wins the game and not a kick by Viniterri for the 3rd time.
There is a lot of Possibilities though. The Eagles can prove they can get over the hump without T.O. and finally make it to the Bowl, but they probably wouldn’t win without the best reciever in the game stats wise. The Falcons can go to the bowl again, they probably wouldn’t win either. But if they did then Michael Vick would be woth the $100 Million for 10 years.
The Steelers(my fav)would be a team that has had many chances in the 90’s to return to the great team they were in the Bradsahw days. I hope Roethlesberger is healthy when they met the Patriots. Him vs. Brady would be a rememberable game for two reasons 1) The Steelers are the only team that beat the Pats this season…welll the Dolphins too but you get what I’m saying. 2) Brady and Ben are on similar roads. Just like Tom Brady, Ben got his fame when the starting QB got hurt, just like Tom did when Bledsoe was the QB and they won the title. It could be that all over again with these two.
Peyton Manning would be considered one of the greatest QB’s ever if not the greatest if he wins the Bowl this year with all the records he’s broken. The rest of the teams are just there to make it interesting. Can’t count the Rams out though, and the Broncos have a lot to prove too. This turned out to be a great year. I would have liked to see the Lions and the Ravens make it to the playoffs too though. I thought the Lions would go 8 and 8 and with the division they were in that would have been enough but they have disapointed me again. Ah well.

Neo games tend to be fairly high profile in their sales, but sales also tend to fly across a wide spectrum, based on a number of factors-quality of the game, box, manual, label, whether or not it has the manual baggie with it, the region, bootleg, etc. it does have the luck of having most major sales done on sites like neo-geo, or in collector forums, but for really rare games, they can go for what seems like random amounts. I’ve seen Metal Slug 1 go for anywhere between a grand and 5 grand. Even MOTW has gone all over the board, running the gamut from 500 bucks to 700. It applies to any system, but due to the prices of the neo being so much higher, it’s really more noticeable.
The really hard stuff to price is stuff for rare systems, like the Video Brain, or the VIS(I got lucky that a single site sells em all new, aside from ebay). Prototypes in particular are hard to price.

Garou MOTW US AES is worth alot more than the $350-475 JP MOTW AES. Kizuna Encounter EURO AES takes the cake. Can’t wait till income taxes come so I can finally buy Samurai Spirits Special Zero JP AES and be done with it.

What’s Euro Kizuna up to now? Last I heard it was 5 grand. The only other game that really compares in price is a gold Nintendo World Championships for the NES, and that at least has a cool history.
