Doom was made on Vulkan, Hopefully Switch runs Vulkan as well. This means less recoding and more “to the metal” acess to the Switch’s hardware.
Hopefully Bethesdia/ ID can keep much of the graphical fidelity of Doom.

Played an hour or less of Octopath Traveler demo, I like it but I really worry that they aren’t going to do much with this games visuals besides pretty backgrounds.
