I had originally bought a 256gb microSD card from Amazon directly when I first got my Switch, but they were backordered into fucking oblivion. Bought my 400gb card from Newegg before they started charging sales tax here in Texas.

So good news: got my MicroSD from Best Buy.
Formatted it and works like a charm. It’s a beefy boy. 512gb is going to let me buy a bunch more that I shouldn’t. lol
Bad News: I didn’t have enough room on my MacBook’s HD to do the drag and drop transfer recommended by Nintendo.
So
I’m doing the very minimal yet time consuming and arduous task of just clicking the download cloud about every eshop title I have to redownlod them as well as checking all the other games to see if I need to download their DLC and Updates. Le Sigh.
The only games I didn’t have on my old MicroSD are most of the games from that Quibi advent calendar game giveaway they did mid last month and Yooka-Laylee
Oh, Also, upon taking my old MicroSD card out of my switch I discovered that it was not a 256gb but a 200gb. So, I doubled storage space and then some. Nice.

Gato Robot is awesome. In a world filled with Metroidvania games, this one really hits the OG Metroid feel while still doing it’s own thing. There are SHMUP sections, intense boss fights and Kiki can get out of her mech when she needs to. I like he MS DOS visuals too. Everyone seems to be going for that NES era look with their games and while I like that approach, it can feel like overkill sometimes. I understand these Indies don’t have the same wallets AAA companies do but not every indie title has to look like an NES game to get noticed.
March 20th cannot get her soon enough. My hype levels for Animal Crossing: New Horizons are through the roof. I’m so stoked for that game, I almost don’t mind that I have to deal with this jerk again.
By the by is the Mega Man Zero/ZX Collection gonna have pixel perfect settings? Those “smoothed” out screens I saw on the eShop look super washed out to me.

whoah, I didn’t even know you could transfer your Nintendo saves/games like that from 1 card to another… I had already been doing it the slow way of redownloading. So far I’ve only done that for the stuff I frequently play…
Nefarious is on sale for super cheap at 4.49, something like that…I might actually get it this time…sale doesn’t end until next week.
I always enjoy this concept, where you are “the bad guys” in a game…it’s still a rarity that games are allowed to take that route whether it’s light-hearted in tone (like this game) or more serious. Another good one I recommend on that note is X-Morph, where you play as a hostile alien race that has invaded Earth.

I’ve played nefarious a bunch. I recommend it, bruv. It’s fun as hell.
Astral Chain is legit. I feel like Platinum are just really committed to cornering the market on asses in games. Other than the delicately sculpted ass of the female protagonist, the actual gameplay is varied and interesting with a nice aesthetic and unique combat mechanics. Solid game.

I’d be honestly disappointed. Because the other Zelda HD remaster they did for Wii U is my #2 Zelda of all time but my favorite console Zelda, Wind Waker.
