One of the first things I did to my PS4 was to put a 2TB HDD in it
I usually prefer physical but eshop deals are sometimes too good to let g
Just saw that both the NES and SNES controllers for switch are both 50 percent off right now. Of course the SNES ones are sold out. Lol.
It’s only the NES controllers that’re on sale.
The SNES controllers have been sold out since about a week after they launched in September.
If I am right SNES controllers are out till at least the estimate of January
I had to get a Japanese Super Famicom controller from eBay.
Correct. They state on their site that they’ll have info of when they’ll be back in stock sometime in January.
My guess is they’ll announce when they’re available again during the Q1 direct.
On the opposite end of the spectrum I have a 1TB HDD attached to my Wii U shortly after buying it… it still makes me laugh cry.
1.5TB here
Less than 10 minutes fellas.
I been reading some rumors about PS5 and next gen Xbox using NVMe SSDs for their storage. If that’s true then the promise of PS5 not having load times will be a reality.
Supermash. Murder by Numbers, Liberator, and Boyfriend Dungeon look super fun.
Qubic Games are doing a free game advent calendar sort of thing to celebrate their 15th anniversary. If you own one of their games already than starting 12/15 and over the next 10 days after you will be able to download another game from them for free.
All the details are in the link below.
I kinda doubt it as I have PC games running on a m.2 nve ssd’s and still has load times.
They seem to be custom NVMe SSDs from Samsung that are leveraging PCIE 4.0, if that is true they should be right about the lack of load times.
PC games have to take into account SATA 5400RPM mechanical drives. On the next gen consoles the developers will only have to code for PCIE 4.0 SSDs.
That not how that works though.
Alot has to do with code optimization.
Game load times dont get longer as they expect a possible 5400rpm HDD, the 5400rpm hdd does add to the load times, but also processor and ram speeds effect load times as well.
Well I mean in a way its hyperbole. There has to be loading or else the software will never launch. They are saying load times will be so short that they will basically be non-existent. Of course there will be loading, even my NES has loading. It has to or else the games will never launch. .1 second of loading is still loading.
Nice, i pretty much picked up Akane for next to nothing yesterday. And now thats turned into another 10 more games? Hell yea lol
