Picross is more casual. Like sudoku but much better. If you like tetris style puzzle games, go for PPL.

I haven’t cared about a Spyro game since the original trilogy on the PS1. But when a 2d game that looks like (and better than) Astro Boy Omega Factor but seems to one-up in the combat arena comes out then I have to turn my head…
It’s a little too late for that, all though I’m happy they didn’t just throw it onto the DS and add a useless 2nd screen though.
Oh yeah, I almost forgot. Out of curiosity, I tried out Dat Madden '08 for DS. Ha ha… That didn’t go too well.
beat advent on hard, great game. unlocked maniac mode…ugh. not sure if i can fuck with that
edit: went back and played a little bit of zx to see how it compares to advent. goddamn that game was hard!! crazy hard at points. especially the k levels. no wonder i never beat it…plus it’s just so terrible to navigate around that huge world. ugh. that’s what’s nice about advent you can warp to any sublevel of a level which makes retrieving items and shit go really fast.
Damn, I want to pick up a few more games before I leave. Maybe Hoshigami is next and a couple of platformers. I really want to pick up Megaman ZX and something else, but I csan’t decide.

I don’t understand why they choose to release games a year early in Japan and then a year later in the US! What’s the fucking point? By now, you think we could have a simultaneous release worldwide. Fuck man, it’s unacceptable. It’s the year 2007, games make money, and yet they want to delay something?!?!? What would the RTS PC industry be like if, i.e, they release StarCraft 2 in the US a year before the rest of the world?

the insulting thing too is that they do it just to translate the same rehashed rpg/action/adventure storylines. rts games don’t have these but they get by real well. what you say is the truth.
