China wars is the only interesting thing on that list, only a couple of weeks to go now.
And that mentality is the reason why I haven’t been able to finish the last 3 GTAs…
I still don’t see how the GTA series made past the first game. :\
There are a great many reasons.
currently playing Castlevania- portrait of Ruin
already beat it with Richter-sisters-default ppl just working on Old Axe Armor
if you don’t have it i would recommend it strongly lots of replay value
Also how is harvest mooon for DS? my GF loved animal crossing but you can only do so much a day and she got bored. Is there a lot to do and collect?
Rhythem Heaven= Rhythem Tengoku= Must have.
I hear the GBA version was better than the DS one, though. I’ve only played the GBA version so I don’t know.
I’m excited for the Chinatown game. I think I’m the only person that hates the new GTAs and prefers GTA2 over them
The return to the bird’s eye view GTA is great but back in the day, all I did was input the cheats and go crazy. I’m probably not going to play much of the missions and go on rampages all day long. (:
You’re talking about Harvest Moon DS right? I wouldn’t recommend playing that game. It glitched a couple of times and corrupted my save twice. Although, I suggest playing the Rune Factory spinoffs. I haven’t played Animal Crossing so I have no idea how that plays but recalling from the first game, you could:
- Go foraging in the wild (honey, truffles, bamboo shoots, etc)
- Clear and till the land and grow your crops/flowers (crops are seasonal and you can level them up for more profit)
- Buy animals and tend them (chickens, cows & sheep usually)
- Go into a cave, battle monsters and mine for gold and other minerals
- Go fishing
- Cook
That’s just the money making aspect. In essence, you collect things and you sell 'em off for money to support yourself and the farm. You can also capture monsters and force them into slavery, socialize/interact with the townfolk, go to special events and festivals, propose for marriage with the NPCs, upgrade your farming tools, upgrade your house and buy weapons for your dungeon crawls.
I haven’t played the second game but its probably far more expanded since you can craft your own accessories. It’s essentially a farming simulation with RPG elements where you need to both farm and fight. Apparently, the second Rune Factory game is an improvement over the first and doesn’t directly follow the storyline from the first but it bears resemblance from the first game.
I hope that’s enough to do… it was certainly enough for me in the first game. I think I clocked about 40 hours or so? Not too sure. Either way, its a good game…
I played Tengoku Gold and it was neat, really love the sychronizing you gotta do when playing it. Never knew there was a GBA ver.
March 17, sir, but I’m banking on the 19th to be the release to Canada date. We get things slightly late.
- VG: looks like polygons to me. Or probably some hand-drawn KoF stuff.
EDIT: Oops. ChairHome put up the list. My bad.
Just wondering if I’m the only one interested in Henry Hatsworth. I think it should be coming out the week after next and I might have to pick it up.
FFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUU
I cannot wait this long!
Are there any NDS games that involve pressing buttons or touching the Screen in Rythm with the music, besides Rhythm Tengoku?
besides Elite Beat Agents?
… besides Ouendan and Taiko no Tatsujin DS?
I’m hoooooookkkkkeddd onto Rune Factory 2. I stole some douche’s bride on their wedding ceremony and the priest laughed it off. Awesome shit.
besides Band Brothers and Band Brothers DX?
That game is so awesome in multiplayer.
Umm thanks…sorta…
I just got Blue Dragon Plus, I hope its good.
9 days dood. Gotta stay strong!
