What does “CH” stand for anyway? For shits n giggles I was trying to do the Kyo+Yagami super but I can’t figure out what it is ~_~
Anyway I just started playing this game again. I got down most of Kyo’s combos, but I can’t hit the move that blows the guy up in the air (the move that takes meter).
It’s half circle back+strong punch right? Does it have to be whiffed or something?

The :hcb::snkc: follow-up takes 0.5 a bar of meter and you need to do it fairly quickly–the window is kinda strict.

Some of the motions are kind of strict in this game, but more than likely you’re not qualifying for all of the conditions in order to activate the Special D-Assault:
REQUIREMENTS:
–MUST have “Change/Tag/whatever it says because I can’t remember OK” on your bar
–(For Kyo starter) MUST connect with Dokugami Blow-up Finisher and do the move within 7 counts.
–(For Iori starter) MUST connect with the Wine Cup Super (:qcb::hcf:+:p:) and do the move within 7 counts.
What exactly are counts?
And I did Iori’s double team. I think the main problem is that I’m playing on Pad. I just wanted to do it for shits n giggles, not like I really need it :p.
But on another note. What’s the combo people do when Kyo goes into super mode? Are they just doing QCF C over and over again?
By counts I mean TIMER counts.
I believe people use the same MAX mode for Kyo as in SvC Chaos and KOF 2002:
[:qcf::snka: then :qcf::snkc:] x N.

Personally I think the Wiki Tier List is a little outdated–the tiers have shifted slightly, though probably not in places where it really matters.
Also what does it take to get a Wiki account?
