I believe in arcade is better than PS2. becuase PS2 has a problem loading and bad 2D graphic pixelated. Am I right?

Yeah, your more hardcore getting the arcade version. PHARAON and others listed the differences between that version and the console version, so if you just search in this thread or his posts, you’ll find them.
There’s no graphical problem with the console version, but the sound. The sound quality is horrible compared to the arcade version. Watch any match vid and you’ll notice the difference right away. Other differences that I can remember off the top of my head are that some combos have to be executed differently like that Raoh’s version of coast-to-coast where he crossups with TK Sais after a banishing strike. Rei’s DP infinite is gone…geez what else. It escapes me. 
Mr. Heart can do his infinite on different (more?) characters on the home version from what I remember.
