I got some games in with random peeps at FFA, including Kijea who’s Shin and Souther is a fucking beast. I didn’t get to play Stormlocke though, I couldn’t find him. I learned a lot of Shin stuff though, I wish I could have gotten videos, but I left my camcorder in Arlieth’s car.

I had a question on Heart’s IAD, it feels extremly harder to pull off than other characters. Is it just me or can this be confirmed?
Also I have just started using toki and after his 2D into 623B > 2C, AC i sometimes miss or he gets turned around. Is this supposed to happen. On videos i see they never miss. Also after the launch the j.C > 236A > 2C, AC, j.A > 236C > 236A then I try to 236236B/C and the cpu quick recovers. Am I missing something? I hope my notation is correct.

about toki, just delay 2C a bit if your character is in the center. About toki combo, I always do 2A>2A>2D>623B>A+C>JD>236A>2C>AC>JA>236C(3 hit)>236A>236236B, it works on all consistently except Heart and Juda you need to cancel that 236C @ 1 hit I think.

I will try to learn toki’s BnB now that u mention it. The combo I was talking of before was the only one I saw on the Gamervision’s first ranbat for this game which i assume was so long ago that nobody really knew anything else better. Thanks for the help.
So my other question was about Hearts IAD and it seems more difficult to pull off than the other characters. Is there a reason for this or am I doing something wrong?
And my second question was on Roah’s spike, is there anyway to consistently connect 2A afterwards. Sometime its combos and sometimes it doesn’t. I’ve seen vids of Pharoan hit it all day! Is there a specific timing?
So I was talking to my Japanese friend about Hokuto no Ken, and he told me that Rei is no longer #1. In his place, Toki has risen to the #1 spot again after a few months of not being the best character in the game. Did something happen in the game to make Toki number one again?
When was Toki NOT number 1? I know Yuda and Rei have come close, but…

Toki has ALWAYS been the number #1 at Hokuto No Ken and he NEVER left that place, although guys like Rei had their rank increased with dribbles & bugged combos.
Why is that? He ALWAYS loses whenever I see him play in championship level matches…
