i have a question about the tiers, this is suposed to be the current tier list right
S Rei, Toki
A Yuda, Kenshiro, Raoh
B Mamiya, Shin, Thouther
C Heart, Jagi
and from what i get for the 1st players on the scan it seems right,
but when i read the tier based on the 2nd players the tiers comes like this
S Toki, Yuda
B Raoh, Rei, Kenshiro, Thouther, Shin, Mamiya
C Heart
D Jagi
why so much difference between them?
i know that the matchup chart is subjective from the opinion of the players, but seeing so much difference, specially for Rei, makes me wonder why
well, one of the players who did the data on rei is KI, and when he plays, he dominates everyone, period - so i guess his personal opinion on the character might be either biased or only counting for the highest level. btw i agree on rei vs toki being either 5:5 or even slight advantage to rei if both players are top level.
edit: and that other rei player, whoever the hell he is, gave rei a 0 vs heart, rofl.
yeah i noticed that, i dont know if he was just trolling, or its simply raped by Heart every time that he plays 
heart used to be a 5:5 or even a slight mismatch for rei back when the game was new, because heart’s suck-in move and anti-air throw negates a lot of the air stuff rei can do. not that you use that nowadays, just iad loop until you hit heart -> bounce combo -> the end.
yeah i remember how different were the matches at the begining of the game, its funny to see how eveolved the tierlists and the gameplay of the game after a few years
