Bison, Balrog, and Zangief should be pretty close to A tier though! Sim and DeeJay should be closer to B tier!
I think that list is pretty good - but I feel Chun should be a bit higher …

Lycan: Blanka does hop around, lol…that knee drop Deejay has is pretty hard to hit on reaction. I honestly think Deejay is a very, very underrated character…there just are so few people playing him…I think matchup wise the real difference is Deejay has no air throw but he has a untechable knockdown with one button…Guile has much better normals than Deejay but Deejay zones sooooo well and breaks focus easier than Guile because of the B-F Kick…

The only problem with a tier list is some characters lower on the list do better matchup wise against higher tiered characters.

And I really don’t think Chun is top tier.
Chun should be in the lower end of the top tier…she doesn’t really have too many bad matchups and has a plethora of anti airs and frame advantage on moves…
She is + on focus, can anti air with 3 or more different things, has a super fast dash, excellent footsies…I honestly can’t think of any terrible matchups she has except maybe Viper and Rufus…maybe Yun…

Bison just has too many bad matchups to be A-tier, Seth, Zangief, Yun, Guile (supposedly really bad), Honda, Chun…And he doesn’t rape the bottom tiers as hard but he still pretty much rapes the top tier characters aside from Seth.
I have a harder time with Deejay than Guile even as a Bison player…Friggin hyper-hops this ain’t KOF.
I don’t think any of those matchups are “bad” for Bison…Honda definitely not, the match is dead even. Chun-Li is the only one I will agree can give Bison problems besides Seth but anyone that locks down Bison when he has no meter will give him a problem. Deejay just has a good vortex when Bison is down forcing him to play his game…I don’t think that match is in anyone’s favor. Guile match very overrated, slight favor to Guile but not by much.
With the high amount of characters in the game and with Yun dropping in tiers (even though he is really good overall still) He is still in the upper 15 for sure…the only problem with Bison now is that everyone knows what to do against him so you’d have to come up with some pretty creative stuff to still be winning against high level players…
Zangief I think we’ve all went over this one…nothing “terrible” about the match, maybe slightly Gief but I think it’s even as well, both players have to resort to basics…
When I used to play as Bison the “hard” matches (for me) were Juri, Chun-Li, and Seth…even Yun I wouldn’t say is terrible…I’ve played that match so much with Bison and he has weapons to keep him out and crouch short scissor still locks Yun down forcing him to stick out something…the match especially now is more “even” on paper but with the sheer volume of characters I can’t see Bison being better than the top 5 but he’s not below 15 by any means…
