Homie u cant just apply online and wait for a call cause u never gonna get one. U have to go in person and ask to speak to the hiring manager amd let them know you applied online for whatever position and that you are interested in a job. Give them the app information and then they will pull it up and review it and call u in for an interview if you qualify for it. I know it sounds tedious but thats how u gotta follow up with this jobs nowadays. Thats why I hate online apps cause nine times out of ten they wont even review them. But ya main thing like gdbell said is u gotta follow up. Hell if I hadnt followed up on big lots 4 times I wouldnt even be working there right now and justin even put in the word for me and hes a manager. I even interviewed with one of the managers and still it took me a month before I finally got hired and they needed help lol. Still I got a job now and dont make much but I enjoy working there I have money in my pockets and best of all I get to talk shit to justin regularly and he cant do a damn thing about it! And hes my manager in our department lol
